Customer Care

We believe in great customer care strive to do our utmost to keep our customers happy. We keep our promises and maintain the high standards that you would expect both during the order process and after delivery.
 
We realise that every customer is different and we work hard to meet their individual needs. As the main point of contact throughout the order process it is important that we are always available to assist with any queries.

Contract documents can be confusing and so we do our best to keep it jargon free and include a step by step guide and checklist with all our paperwork. With straight forward procedures and keeping the customer’s best interest in mind we feel confident they will enjoy every step of the 'Alternative Route'.
 
Using our industry knowledge and experience we can help quickly resolve most queries with vehicles or contracts and if we don’t know the answers will make sure we find out or put you in touch with someone who does. 
 
There’s no automated telephone system to navigate through and we can be easily contacted by email or telephone. We regularly seek and act upon feedback from our customers through surveys giving you a voice to air your opinions and make suggestions for improvements to the service we provide.
