Hello, my name is Nick, Marketing Manager in Brighton.
I am the Marketing Manager at Alternative Route, specialising in not any given area - I consider myself a broad marketeer with a depth of knowledge spanning all areas of digital marketing. I am proficient with cross-channel marketing techniques, including marketing by SEO, PPC, E-mail Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
I found my Marketing legs from college, which formed the foundations to my successful career. I am a qualified in a multitude of Marketing related fields, Certified with Inbound Marketing & Outbound Marketing and consider myself a bit of a marketing consultant.
During my time in Marketing I have picked up advanced skills with design and development, with Photoshop and Dreamweaver being a tool I use everyday within my role. It's not my main duty, but I like to get stuck in with the marketing team with their creativity and add my own lick of paint.
When you take away all the meat of marketing, I believe in three golden rules: Customer Acquisition, Engagement and Rentention.
I have lived in Brighton all my life and am now enjoying the new 'marketing hub' that Brighton has become - it's fantastic that I have so many contacts within the area to share my knowledge and take their Marketing tips too, from consultants to assistants - every marketeer has something to offer.
