I endeavour to make the customers whole order process as smooth and stress free as possible by ensuring that all communication between us be it written or verbal is informative, accurate and unobtrusive. I enjoy speaking to real people on a daily basis and building a rapport. A lot of our customers have been with us for years so we have built great relationships and working on a first name basis is very common.
Although I have been off the 'horsey' circuit for a few years one of my passions is horse riding having been brought up in the middle of the rural Sussex. I love socialising with family and friends be it cocktails with the girls or a take away at home with a bottle of wine. Music is essential in Lucinda world, the oldies are the best.
